Hubbard County Additions & Renovations 5/15/2026 –

Project Update:

Construction continues to progress at the Hubbard County Additions & Renovations project. The following is a high-level update in the specified areas.

At the Government Center, Level 1 – Phase 1B has been fully completed and has been officially turned over to the County for occupancy — a significant milestone for the project. Work on Phase 1C is nearing completion as well, with MEP finishes, drywall taping, flooring removal, floor prep, and flooring installation all substantially complete. Painting is the final remaining item before Phase 1C is wrapped up.

In the Garage and Sally Port addition, Evidence Bay fencing installation has commenced, and final cleaning of the space is ongoing. Mechanical start-up is scheduled to commence the week ending May 22nd, 2026.

At the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) East Addition, installation of exterior paneling is substantially complete, giving the building its finished exterior appearance. In the coming week, the transaction window is scheduled to be installed, and the remaining interior floor finishes will be completed.

On the LEC East Side Remaining Renovations, significant finish work has been accomplished. Skim coating, painting, finish flooring, and ceiling pad-out are all complete, with bathroom tile installation substantially complete as well. In the Booking and Pre-Booking areas, epoxy flooring installation has commenced, providing a durable finish suited for these high-use spaces.

The B-Pod renovation is actively advancing, with selective demolition substantially complete and MEP rough-ins continuing. Setting of Detention Frames and CMU (concrete masonry unit) block construction has commenced, marking an important step forward in the structural rebuild of this detention area.
On the exterior, final grading and curb and gutter pouring have both been completed, bringing sitework to a close.

Everything is tracking accordingly.
