Boat Wrap

Hubbard County Solid Waste participates in the states Boat Wrap Stewardship Program, offering  recycling of used boat shrink-wrap at both its North and South transfer stations in Park Rapids and Laporte. Residents are asked to prepare materials by cutting off bands, straps, vents, zippers, doors, and grommets before placing wrap into the designated collection bins and to consult an attendant for assistance.
