Election & Voter Information
Hubbard County strives to ensure that the voter registration and election process is provided in accordance with applicable laws and rules. We are responsible for administering federal, state, and county elections. We also provide voter registration and administrative support for townships, cities, and school districts that administer their local elections.

Absentee and Early Voting
All absentee and early voting occur at the Auditor/Treasurer’s department on the first floor of the Hubbard County Government Center, located at 301 Court Ave in Park Rapids.
Primary Election
Absentee voting begins June 26th and continues until Monday, August 10th.
Voting hours are from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, with additional voting hours on Saturday, August 8th, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm and Monday, August 10th, until 5:00 pm.
Early voting (voters are able to deposit their ballot directly into a tabulator) begins July 24th and continues until 5:00 pm on Monday, August 10th. Hours for early voting are the same as absentee voting hours.
*All county offices will be closed on July 3rd in observance of Independence Day.
